I want to have pictures taken at the Congress Centre, what do I have to do ?
If you want to have pictures taken on your graduation, XV years, etc., the only areas allowed are the lobby (central aisle between the Querétaro Congress Center and the Querétaro Metropolitan Theater) and in the parking lot. For more information and permission request, please send an email to arodriguezw@queretaro.gob.mx We suggest extreme caution in accepting your photographer's proposal to take photos on the road to Querétaro Congress Center, as it is a public road.
What are the customer service opening times?
Our customer service opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
